I don't have access to a Concept 2 row machine today, so I'm going to sub in 50 double-unders. I still pretty much suck at the double-unders, so this will add a lot of time, and I will probably affirm to myself around double-under 15 that this indeed does suck. But let's give it a go!
The first mile was 8 something, so I obviously wasn't running top tier. The DU's were MUCH easier than I expected, I was cranking through six un-broken, toward the end of them. I'm glad I used them as the sub. Some will note that the official sub, from CrossFit, is the Sumo Deadlift High Pull, ankle to chest. I wanted to work on double unders ;) The last mile was 9 something.
